I began my ceramics experience at 1990.
I studied and practiced both in Israel and in the USA.
I create mostly decorated utilitarian pots.
For decoration I use mainly the Sgraffito method- colored engobes are painted over pots when the clay is in the leather hard condition, and then carved to expose parts of each pot's body underneath.
The themes of my decoration are mainly influenced by ethnic decorative art works.
I work with stoneware and porcelain and fire my works in an electric kiln to approximately 1220º C.
I participated in several shows in Israel and abroad, including the Fourth Ceramics Biennale in the Eretz Israel Museum, Tel Aviv.
I work at my own studio in Tel Aviv
